Refund policy

Exchange & Return -

We have a 7-day exchange and return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange or return request. Forward shipping charges, if any are not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.

All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 2 business days from receiving the return consignment.

If your return is accepted, we'll arrange reverse pick up from your location. In some PIN Codes, reverse pick ups are not available - we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prepaid orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours. If prepaid order is cancelled then payment gateway charges of 2.5% will be deducted

Return Charges/ Exchange Charges

  • Exchanges are completely FREE. You can also exchange with any other product from our collection during your exchange journey. We offer exchanges one time only.
  • Returns are also completely FREE where "store credit" is selected as refund credit method.
  • In case of return where refund credit method is selected as "bank or original payment method credit" - we charge Rs. 250 per product on account of reverse shipping and restocking cost.

Refunds take 1-7 days from the date of return shipment delivery into your bank account or original payment method depending on payment method used.

 

Damages and issues

Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Orders with 40% or more discount are not eligible for returns and exchange.

Order can be exchanged or returned only once. Once order is exchanged or refunded once, transaction is closed from our end.

Customised orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges since they are specially made as per your size and requirements and can't be sold again.


Exchanges
We offer exchange for sizes as well as you can exchange with any other product of choice. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or in bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before shipping. In case of prepaid order cancellation, payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted from refund amount.

Prepaid order once shipped can't be cancelled due to any reason. If prepaid order is not delivered due to any reason be is delay, customer unavailability, refusal etc then either we can reship the product back to you or refund will be issued as "Store Credit" only, there will be no cash refunds in this case.
