Pre Order –
A. Yes. We offer FREE shipping across India for prepaid orders. For COD orders we charge Rs.50 which is non-refundable.
A. Yes, COD is available. You’ll receive an order confirmation request in case of a COD order. We ship COD orders only after customer confirmation.
A. You can securely pay via multiple payment options such as UPI, PayTM, Net-banking, Debit/Credit Cards etc.
A. Yes, all our products are made in-house by local Jaipuri artisans. This is the reason we are able to offer high-quality products at reasonable prices. To know more about us, click here

Shipping –
A. You’ll receive an order confirmation email or text along with your order details. You’ll also receive all shipping and tracking-related notifications as your order gets shipped.
A. It depends on your location. Usually, we ship all orders within 2-5 days. And it takes 7-10 days to deliver from the order date.

A. You can cancel your order if the product is not shipped. For prepaid order cancellation, payment gateway charges of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount. Please contact us OR Click here
Return, Refund & Exchange –
A. Yes, you can exchange with another size within 7 days of delivery. Please click Here to initiate the exchange. Exchanges are completely FREE.
A. Yes, you can return any of your delivered products within 7 days. Please click Here to initiate the return. Reverse shipping charges of Rs 250 per product will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges will be waived if the customer self-ships the return shipment to us.
A. Yes. You can exchange your delivered products with any other product/design within 7 days. Please contact us OR Click here
A. Yes, products will be picked up from your doorsteps. We can provide a reverse pickup facility only once. If reverse pickup fails, then the customer needs to self-ship the products to us. A reverse pickup facility is not available for some of the PIN Codes – in this case, we’ll notify, and the customer needs to self-ship the product.
A. All refunds get processed within 2 days of return shipment delivery. It takes around 4-7 days to reflect in your account or the original payment method. We’ll also notify you as your return products are delivered back to us.
Customization -
A. Yes, we offer size and length-related customizations for almost all our products.
A. Customisation option is available on each product page. Please select the customization tab – Select your size – mention your body sizes, and place the order. Please use the “Notes” section for any further instructions. Our design and creative team will contact you in case we need any further information.
A. Please check the below points for customized orders –
1. We accept all customized orders on a prepaid basis only. COD is not available.
2. Customized orders are not eligible for return/exchange since they are made exclusively for you and can’t be sold again.
3. Customized orders will need 3-4 days extra for shipping. In case you need it urgently, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to prioritize the order.
